Project introduction: Mineral exploration is the process of finding ores (commercially viable concentrations of minerals) to mine. Mineral exploration is a much more intensive, organized and professional form of mineral prospecting and, though it frequently uses the services of prospecting, the process of mineral exploration on the whole is much more involved. Oman is located at the southeast end of the Arabian peninsula, in addition to oil resources, mineral resources as well. Mineral resources have a copper, gold, silver, chromium, iron, manganese, magnesium, coal mine, etc. In addition to the metal mineral, Oman is rich in industrial minerals.
